1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the DoubleScaleAI platform and website at doublescale.ai, operated by Bonorum Enterprises Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using our platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

DoubleScaleAI provides a suite of AI-powered tools designed to drive value creation for private equity firms and their portfolio companies — across deal execution, portfolio operations, and business functions. The service is currently in private beta and access is by invitation only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business or organisation to use DoubleScaleAI. The platform is not intended for personal or consumer use.

4. Your Account

If you are granted access to the platform you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or fraudulent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate any part of the platform
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the platform by automated means
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content you grant Bonorum Enterprises Limited a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

We do not use your submitted content to train AI models. Content is processed via the Anthropic Claude API and is subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

7. Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the DoubleScaleAI platform — including software, design, branding, generated outputs and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Bonorum Enterprises Limited. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may use outputs generated by the platform for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell or represent AI-generated outputs as independently created without disclosure.

8. AI-Generated Content

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs and analysis across a range of business tools. While we aim for high quality and relevance, we do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonorum Enterprises Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonorum Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonorum Enterprises Limited from any claims, losses or damages arising from your use of the platform or breach of these terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, Vercel, Supabase and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party providers.

13. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at doublescale.ai/privacy. By using the service you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
